On April 20, 2025, the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy of Bu Ali Sina University in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, Dr. Ramzan Safarzadeh, visited the Embryonic Stem Cell Technology Company (RSCT), which was followed by a meeting with the CEO of the Embryonic Stem Cell Technology Company.

During this meeting, the parties discussed areas of mutual interest, while recounting and referring to the cultural-historical commonalities between the two countries, the history of economic and scientific interactions, as well as the potentials existing in both countries.

In the continuation of this meeting, Dr. Zarrabi, CEO of the Embryonic Stem Cell Technology Company, referred to the capabilities available in the company and the recent advances that have been made in the field of using umbilical cord blood stem cells to treat many incurable diseases and products derived from the obstetric appendages, some of which have been possible to extract with the help of the company's scientists and researchers, and announced the readiness of the Embryonic Stem Cell Technology Company for scientific interaction with the Bu Ali Sina University in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, and the Ministry of Health of Tajikistan.

Dr. Safarzadeh also stated that significant steps have been taken in the field of stem cell application by the Embryonic Stem Cell Technology Company, and announced the interest and readiness of Bu Ali Sina University and the Tajik Health Network to establish scientific cooperation, and called for the transfer of this field of science and knowledge to Tajikistan.
